A View from Backstage

Last week there was a musical evening in Embrosneros Amphitheatre in aid of the Hania Red Cross and the Apokoronas Social Supermarket. Many of you were there or have seen the photos. As I was helping with the compering, my photographs are from a different angle. Apologies to the couple of acts of whom I was unable to get a decent photograph - as you will see the lighting was not conducive to photos from this angle!

Phil Harrison begins the evening

This baby loves music

The oldest member of the choir was 92!

Sorry Andreas and after him "Keep it Reel" the lights just caused too much glare - the music was great!

The Vamos Ensemble with a mix of classical, traditional Greek and modern classics - including "Whiskey Bar" and " Paint it Black"

Stage manager on standby!

A great time was had by all. Thank you to the performers and to all the volunteers who made it possible.
