A lovely spring evening called for a walk in fields around Xirosterni

The Lupins are in full array carpeting the fields in blue

The tiny wild Irises giving a more delicate shade of blue

Sea Squils filling other fields

Jerusalem sage with their splash of yellow

Chamomile daisies bobbing merrily in the breeze

Tiny pinpricks of colour among the green leaves

white and lacey

The light was fading over the White Mountains

The bold splash of poppies

A little blossom left on the Almond trees

Glorious blossom everywhere

A hidden glimpse of yellow
