How to deal with beaurocracy in style

Anyone who has dealt with Greek officialdom will recognize this scenario.  This is how to deal with it in style!

    Absolutely correct thinking of attempts to get the car tax and residence permits in the past! Thought the clerk would have said, "Come back tomorrow."
