A New Treat


Yesterday I came across something new and delicious. As a cheese lover I am always happy to try something new, especially when it is locally made. Whilst looking for some blue cheese I saw Graviera with Thyme, made in the nearby village of Tzitzifes. 

Delicious fresh, local Graviera liberally mixed with local thyme


Ideal on a salad

Serve simply with crusty wholemeal bread.  I am looking forward to adding it to my cheeseboard and trying out old faithful recipes with this tasty addition!
